Step 3
Monthly management
Once the site is in service, hosting, support, and the included updates continue for each month you pay. The work is done remotely.
Changes on existing pages
While the monthly service is active, small changes to text, photos, opening hours, and contact details on pages that already exist are included. A new page, a redesign, or a new feature is quoted separately, and it starts only after you approve that price.

Billing
The offer is £0 upfront and £45 a month. The monthly amount covers hosting, support, and updates together. The service is rolling and billed monthly.
Ending the service
There is no cancellation fee. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the first monthly billing period ending at least 30 days after notice, with normal billing until then. Hosting, support, and updates finish when that cancellation takes effect.
Domain, content, and the website
You own your domain name and the content you supply. The website is provided as part of the monthly service. Any transfer of the website is agreed separately.
Included changes and quoted work
Small changes to text, photos, opening hours, and contact details on pages that already exist are included. A new page, a redesign, or a new feature is quoted on its own. That work starts only after you approve the price.
