These terms govern your use of the Simplu website and any services we provide. By using our site or engaging our services you agree to these terms.

Services

Simplu provides custom website design, development, and ongoing website management services for small local businesses in the UK. The exact scope of work for each client is agreed in writing (usually via email or a simple proposal) before work begins.

Website content & responsibility

You are responsible for providing accurate content, images, and information for your website. We will not publish anything we believe to be misleading or unlawful. Once a site is live, ongoing content updates are included in our management packages unless otherwise agreed.

Payment

Project fees and payment schedules are agreed before work starts. Ongoing management is billed monthly or annually in advance as agreed. We reserve the right to pause work if payments fall overdue.

Intellectual property

Upon full payment, you own the final website design and content we created specifically for you. We retain the right to use anonymised versions of the work in our portfolio and marketing.

Limitation of liability

We will always do our best to deliver reliable, high-quality work. However, we cannot guarantee specific commercial results (e.g. number of enquiries). We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Cancellation

Either party may end an ongoing management arrangement with one month’s written notice. For project work, terms will be set out in the project agreement.
